I never had such a painless experience at a dealership than I did working with Sam!! He was patient, answered all my questions, took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood every step of the process. I really felt like Sam and the staff went to bat for me to walk out with the best possible deal and the best vehicle for my needs. Thank you thank you thank you

I recidently had my KIA at the garage, because I lost my mothers ring during the summer after I attended a funeral I took off the ring and put it inside my car I thought I put inside thecouncil but when I left the funeral and went home I went to get my ring it wasn;t there I couldn;t there so I started to search for it but did not find it so I went to the cemerty and looked still didn;t find the ring, so I decided to call the garage to see if they could the car for me in which they did and to my amazement they forund it they had to take the council apart so there it was.it was a long shot that made my day . Thanks KIA

I don't know where all of these "good reviews" are coming from... some other reviews says they are coming from customers who want to get into a raffle and one of the requirements to do so is to publish a good review on google (I can confirm that they indeed had a raffle going on when I visited). I went to this place a couple weeks ago and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I ever had with a dealership. First, I have to say that the sales person was awesome even though he was still using those dirty tricks that sellers typically use (can't blame him for that). However, the sales manager was rude, unprofessional and I noticed that he is a very bad person towards the employees. Car prices here are over the roof ( $10k to $15k over MSRP) and I get it, there is a shortage of new cars but their prices are just stupidly high compared to other dealerships prices. They were trying to get me into some VERY bad deals (if not scams) and they were NOT open to negotiate car prices or features. They add a ton load of features to justify the high price and the buyers have to take them (even if they don't want them) or the dealership won't sell them the vehicle (another scam if you ask me); they'll just say you'll have to take the features (while the contract probably says otherwise). They were trying to sell me a used 2020 Kia Sportage for over 30k and make me pay $800-$900 a month for that same vehicle which is ridiculous. Just think about it... if I pay $800/month for 60 months, at the end of the term I would have paid $48k on a overpriced car... that's $18k on top of the already ridiculous price of $30k... and that was with me giving them a trade-in and $1k down. I asked for the interest rates and they didn't wanted to give me an answer. I also asked for the length of the loan term (if its 60 or 78 monts) never got my questions answered even though I asked multiple times. The finance office is closed to the customers and in my opinion and judging for the bad deals they were trying to get me into, there are some shady things happening back there. If this dealership is inside your market area, I suggest that you look outside of that market area, shop around, and explore other options... it will probably be worth your time and you are most likely going to find something better. P.s. The only reason why I went to this car dealership in the first place was because I received a signed offer by mail, and they barely did anything to honor that offer. They just said that those offers are generated by computer (even though it came with a handwritten side note). It was too good to be true... Never going back.

You most certainly can! All we would need it 15 minutes of your time for a vehicle analysis to determine you current situation. Also, most banks prefer we payoff your old vehicle!
