AWFUL EXPERIENCE with my children yesterday! If i could give 0 stars on this review i would We were standing in line when the tyrant OWNER! Begin mistreating people in line and accusing them of trimming the trees! What honest tree farmer charges people for the EMPTY STEM with no needles on it! And offered to even pay for it! And the owner proceeded to SCREAM and BELITTLE and threw people out and to never return to the farm again. Never in my life time of working in customer service have i ever witnessed such TERRIBLE treatment to people coming to give you their business! Save your time and Money and DON’T GIVE this man a dime of your money or traumatize your kids by having to witness their tree experience by being yelled at and falsely accused of cutting trees.
