My first and last experience to this venue. My wife and I went with two other couples who had been to this location previously. I ordered food prior to the movie and received multiple error messages from the app…two other people in my group attempted to place the same order and experienced the same issue. When I flagged down a server, I was assured that someone would come take my order. After 10min waiting, I flagged down another server who gave the same response. 20min later, I became frustrated and left the theater to get a manager. She was apologetic and sent a server who took my order. The food later arrived, but the order was incorrect. I flagged down a third server who stated that she would correct the order, but she never returned. After the movie, I approached the same manager to express my disappointment with the experience and she turns to one of the employees and mutters (as though I couldn’t hear her) “people are always trying to get stuff for free.” Do yourself a favor and grab dinner at your favorite restaurant then go to AMC or any other movie theater. This place is the epitome of poor customer service. Btw, at no point did I ask for a discount or a refund.

The good - it's in a nice location, most of the food was pretty decent, the theatres are also decent with reclining seats and good sound. The bad - this place has been open a long while now, but they still have a ton of problems with service. Their online system is buggy and apparently frequently just doesn't work, or double orders for you (both happened to my group). I flagged someone down who was delivering a drink to ask and I was told to go to the bar to order food because the website is unreliable. I was in a group of 10 people so I went and ordered the food for most (6) of us since the online ordering wasn't working. Missed the first 15 minutes of the movie sorting that out, and then when they delivered all the food, they managed to not give a single person a napkin or silverware. So I went and had to miss more of the movie to sort that out. I mentioned something to a manager, who was apologetic, but clearly gets this type of complaint constantly (as I was leaving, I overheard someone else with similar issues). Have already given this place two chances, don't see a reason to give it a third. Oh and one weird gripe - the ketchup was amazingly terrible, everyone in my group thought so. It was like tomato sauce with sugar in it. The food was generally ok, but this was just flat out gross.

The best place to have a great meal and watch your favorite new release! The place is clean, beautiful, and great quality food. Only thing -- do not go on a game night for the Braves! You won't be able to find parking! Only downside!

We saw Maverick, but ticket's are $18 each But the Menu item's are really reasonable! It was only $12 for Popcorn, Soda, Candy. Refills on popcorn & drink but was so big I didn't need refills. And theater is VERY luxurious!! You pick your own seat's. We had a reclining COUCH w/table's & drink holders. I didn't get a Full Meal or Alcohol drink's, they have an awesome Selection of Food & Drinks, Desserts, And regular Movie Snacks. I got a Small Popcorn (Was Big) and a Coke (VERY BIG!!) And in a Real Drinking Glass. Most awesome experience!
