So now I hear you can’t even walk your dog beside a river without some sort of permit. We were told to leave because we were walking in the water without a permit. What has this world come to? What kind of permit do I need to walk next to a river? I don’t see a wade in the water for 5 minutes permit. Crazy government.

I give it one star it should be zero because guy. that's what I got out of it. I have no idea why I can't get a fishing license, but it's typical govt **** I'll be fishing without a license. Like Regan said govt. Isn't the solution govt. Is the problem. They made this complicated beyond what is ridiculous and wasted an hour of my time.
