The director of the facility has layers of knowledge and his commitment to those less fortunate here in OKC is not a joke. I believe no one ends up here for shelter by accident. That's also true about the staff at City Care!!! #restwell2022

This place you supposed to help it has been more of a pain instead of help you wait for some time just to find out you have to wait another hour you can usually get a bed if you just be cool and don't do anything extra don't be fussy or nothing like that. I don't think they feed you every night here and it seem like the people have done so much damage that the workers just treat be homeless how they act standing outside the last time in real life that my mind a little bit more put together than most of the people there no offense to the other homeless people but the shelters is just not for me it was hard to get a shower staff I guess they allergic to you I don't know who knows it's just it's not as informative as you should be more helpful

Staff are mostly courteous, "morning cleaning crew" steal from the homeless which is unfavorable. Not everyone is homeless by their own means.
