Super friendly and helpful. I used to do this for a living and people get you down. They come in and act ugly wanting you to break rules or blame you for their issues. I hated it. But you would never know the stress these people are under. She was so sweet and smiley! I was in and out. Didn’t sit long enough to warm my chair before she called me back. Good place.

Best experience ever! TEAM Professional Services made COVID testing simple, easy and seamless for my family. The directions were clear and accurate for the COVID test. The staff was incredibly helpful and had smiles the whole time. I have never had a more pleasant experience. We had our results within 48 hours which was amazing.

If I can give 7 stars I would have given it. That's because Phillip went above and beyond to help me after hours to locate my test results. I did my COVID test for traveling abroad here in November. It was easy, straightforward, and quick. The next day as promised I got a text that my test results were ready to download. But since the CRL people uploaded my DOB wrong, I wasn't able to download the results. I had my flight out of OKC early morning, and couldn't have boarded the international leg of my journey unless I had a negative test result. I first called CRL lab but they were closed for the day and the weekend. I called team professional services for help. Their offices were closed and Philip got the after hours emergency call. He first tried to help me from his home, then he drove all the way office to help me. When he couldn't see where the problem was because of which I couldn't access my results (remember it was due to CRL lab entering the wrong DOB), he called his manager who would have got a copy of the results as well. At 11:30 pm, the manager sent the result to my email. I am really impressed by their service. They went above and beyond to help me. Thank you all for helping me after hours even though I am sure it was inconvenient!!

Great location for quick, convenient COVID-19 saliva testing! My kids and I had to get tested, needed quick turnaround on results and really didn't want to do the nasal swab. We were able to come to TEAM's office in OKC and stay in the car for an easy spit test. We received results the very next day! The workers were helpful and the test administrator was wearing appropriate protective equipment, so we didn't worry about any potential exposures. Would definitely recommend for COVID-19 testing in the Oklahoma City-area!

Our COVID-19 Saliva PCR Tests are over 99% accurate, which is higher than the Nasopharyngeal Swab tests. The saliva test provides a very user-friendly testing process, so there are less collection errors than the nasal swab tests.
Yes! TEAM offers 5 and 10 panel instant/rapid drug screenings. We also offer hair, oral and lab-based drug screenings.
Hi Steve - TEAM no longer offers DOT physicals at our facility. We partner with a nearby facility to service clients who need DOT physicals after we conduct their drug testing. Please give us a call if you have any additional questions!
Hello Tony! We do not currently partner with any insurance companies. However we do provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit for possible reimbursement if your provider (BCBS) participates in that.
