I went in your store on 10/14/21 around 630-645pm. The girl working said you do not waive activation fee for trans from another carrier or no promotions. I told her I was switching from TracFone and porting my ph#.. I wanted $50 plan. She said $30 for activation, $10 for simcard since my phone was new and unlocked, and $50 for plan. We ported my ph# and she acted like she was surprised because activation Was waived for switching in her computer. She kept changing amount I owed from $80 to $50 and finally she settled on $40 , whitch made no sense to me. I wanted to give her $30 on Debt Card and rest in cash. Then she said she needed permission to to do that. Huh? She ask for All cash. I reluctantly agreed and gave her $40 cash. She only put in system that I gave her $30 I found out to today when I called 611 and only then found out about promo and $25 a month. I believe she is ripping off your customers by not telling them what her system is telling her they Really owe. She pocked $10 of my $40 and only reported I paid $30. She is playing dumb and lieing to customers. I hope you take this seriously. Because I am.

Ask at the store to see what you will need. Then you can decrease or increase your plan as needed. I think there plans are 30-40-50 dollars per month
Yes I Have Had This Happen To Me As Well. This Needs To Be Updated When They Are Closed on a Sunday. If PMT is Due 611 Customer Service Will Give a One Time Only Extension For 24 Hour's.
