Could be couple reasons. Go to settings make sure your mobile data is on and not off. Make are airplane mode is not on. Restart your phone by turning it off and back on. Might be in a area where there is no tower. Check those all first and see if one of those fixes it.

A corporate store in Altamonte Springs is the one across the street from the mall by where that Albertson's used to be I believe it's now a Publix that's where I went to get a corporate response.

They also are remodling and the place is a mess. Very few workers which makes for long lines. And so the phone rings awhile sometimes.
