We purchased a Jacuzzi tub from Rob Ball at Idaho Spas. He guided us through the process with lots of product and industry knowledge and no pressure whatsoever! We had a small glitch and Dave the Spa Master came out to the house and was very helpful and knowledgable as well. Five Stars for this place!!

Excellent company. Bought a new hot tub from them after a bad experience with prior tub. Earl Scoggins was a big help in discerning our wants and need. Unit was delivered on time and placed easily by an experienced team. That was yesterday! Writing this review from McCall, watching the early morning sun in the forest, lounging in the warm water of our new tub! Awesome. Highly recommend.

We recently bought a spa from Earl at Idaho Spas. We had been shopping for a while and we had been to several shops in the Treasure Valley, and Idaho spas was the only one with hot tubs in stock. Earl was never pushy and was readily available for questions and concerns. The care and knowledge Earl shows is top knotch (only during the sale, see below)! He really cares about his customers and it's not just about a sale! We definitely recommend buying a spa from these guys (just for the sale, not support)! EDIT: I am editing my original review for several reasons. We were taken care of while we were actively buying our hot tub, but once the sale was complete, the staff including our salesman, seemed inconveninced by our calls and texts. Earl assured us that if we had any questions or concerns to call or text him directly. As new hot tub owners, we're still learning about water quality. I called and left Earl a voice mail and he never called me back. When we visited the store this weekend to buy a filter Earl didn't even greet us or say hello. He dodged us and hid behind his sales desk. The person at the register didn't even acknowledge us while we were looking at filters. He was busy chatting with some other customers (who were leaving the store). We found a filter that we thought was correct and brought it to the register and asked if it was the correct one for our hot tub. The gentleman at the register seemed annoyed that he had to stop his conversation with the other customers to answer our questions. Between sentences with the other customers he told us the part number...we found it and set it on the counter. It wasn't until after the other customers left that the salesman said anything to us directly. He asked how we were liking our spa. I told him we were getting the hang of it. He rang up the filter and said they were always there to help. I asked "Is there anyone I should ask for?" And he said "Yes, me." And I asked "What's your name?" He acted surprised and said "Bob, I sold you the hot tub!" I corrected him and said "No, Earl did." There was an awkward silence and he finally said "Well, anyone can help you." Yeah right! The customer service clearly stops after the sale. We are not happy with our experiences after the sale with any of the staff at the store. If you want a tub right away, this is the place to go. But if you want genuine customer service from people who care, shop elsewhere. I do want to say that the warranty tech, Dave was amazing. We thought we had a leak, and he came out for a service call. After doing a thorough assessment he assured us that it wasn't a leak. He took the time to explain water quality to us and gave us a complete tutorial of our hot tub! This gentleman is exceptional! But the store staff leave a lot to be desired. Looks like Amazon and Canyon Pool & Spas just earned our business.

Owning a hot tub can help with stiff arthritic joints and hot tubs can help reduce stress. You can also add scents to your hot tub to aid in aromatherapy and boost your energy levels.
