The customer service at this store far exceeded my expectations. I have family that has dementia. I don't live locally anymore and came back to Elmira to visit my family with dementia in the facility they are in. They had a non-functional cell phone. I took them into the store and Larry helped us. He prevented the purchase of brand new phone by being proactive and finding out the non-functional cell phone user had insurance; this is hard information to get from someone who can't remember anything. He helped us successfully file the insurance claim, and then, had the replacement phone shipped to the store and helped me get it to my family members after I had left town. I don't think you could ask for better customer service. Larry is one of the kindest and most helpful people I have encountered at a place like this. Thank you Larry. I truly appreciate you! AT&T is fortunate to have you as an employee.

I stopped by this store for a galaxy watch had great customer service .Larry made sure that all other employees that were helping other customers were ok and didn't need help..when finished with their customers he asked employee did it go OK when they responded with yes he replied good job..great customer service and GREAT JOB TO THIS WHOLE STORE

Absolute horrible. Trade in phones when start service. Told 1000 credit toward bill for trade in. 3 months 4 5 6 7 no credit kept being told stories to put me off. At 10 months no credit still. Stole a 1000$ phone
