I’ve lived here for a year now & love my apartment. Very spacious & lots of closet space. For as old as these apartments are they do a wonderful job keeping them up. I’ve rarely had to call maintenance for anything but when I do they respond pretty quickly & are always polite. The cleaning staff does an amazing job of keeping the property itself free of trash & once a week like clockwork are always vacuuming the hallways which is nice. Although I do have a current issue with people throwing their trash onto my patio, I notified the ladies in the office & they are working to raise my fencing on the front part of my patio which will hopefully solve this issue. The office staff is amazing & polite & always seem quick to help out in any way they can. They always send out emails for new projects or just to give a heads up when doing something in my building & always having fun little parties for the holidays & such. Most everyone that lives here are polite & friendly & the neighborhood itself is pretty quiet & drama free. I’m excited for the new dog park this summer. I’ve lived in apartments most of my life & always had major issues with bugs, but with the exception of the occasional spider, I’ve never had an issue here. They recently painted the hallways a new color & they look great. Especially my newly painted front door which is a satin black color & looks amazing. Finding a parking space close to my apartment can be a major issue so it would be nice to have designated parking for each apartment. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone.

I’ve lived here for two years and have loved my apartment! I love how much space I have. The office and maintenance staff are so friendly and helpful. I love the look of the buildings, and that they aren’t cookie-cutter. My only issue is because my apartment is older. It could use a slight update such as flooring in the kitchen and bathroom.the flooring is worn and starting to peel and break:( also dishwasher. I have one, I’ve asked maintenance to come look twice and they have butane it’s just old starting to run down🤷🏻‍♀️ But all in all love the place and the community! Grateful to have been here!

I have lived here for 4 years, and I recommend the apartment complex to everyone. It is an older apartment complex, but they are totally refurbished with new appliances. The fact that it is an older apartment complex is a good thing, because the walls are nice and thick. I rarely hear my neighbors. Maintenance is not perfect, but they generally respond fairly quickly.

I really like that the apartments are not 'cookie-cutter' buildings. The office staff has been very nice and helpful to me. Before I moved in, I knew the apartment complex was 'classic', and old, but I figured as long as the maintenance staff were good, I would be okay. This has not been the case so far, but I'm hoping, with more communication on my part, this will improve.
