Came in for a recalled part. The manager Mercedes was helpful and professional, they also discovered I needed an additional repair. The techs were very efficient and fast. Overall very good and free service.

First things first, I came to this dealership because of the excellent service my wife received. The salesperson that sold me my car was great. Financing people were great. Then I brought my wife's truck in for a detail. Which I told her is way too expensive but she knows you guys do a great job. When we got our truck back, the sports chairs o had back there were gone. Not sure if someone took them out and forgot to put them back, or they decided to steal from me. I called several times but never received a call back. I went in two days ago to get an oil change and asked again. Still no reply about this. On top of all that, I get my car after an oil change, and my car smells like an ashtray. I know there are smokers at your work, but they don't need to be smoking while driving my car. I'll still be coming back because I purchased the oil change package, but I will not be referring unless these issues are addressed.
