I have lived here for 6 months and I love it! The office staff is very professional and easy to work with. Paulette made the move in process very easy and made sure I had what I needed. Maintenance handles requests in a timely manner. Stephanie and Becky are amazing! The complex is pet friendly (just a few breed restrictions) and they love them. They are really good at hosting events for their residents. It has helped me to get to know my neighbors and stay connected while working from home. I'm super excited for the next event they have planned. Highly recommend living here.

For my first two years this has been a great community to live in. Over the past few month there has been an increase of criminal activity. A vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. There have also been multiple packages stolen out of the …Austin, we are committed to providing each and every resident with a positive experience and are proud of our track record in offering high-quality service and an exceptional living experience. However, when an issue does arrive, we are here to help. Criminal activity has no address, however, if it does happen at our community, we are proud of the relationship we have with the local authorities to make them aware of it. The grocery incident we are aware of happened a little differently. Many of our residents graciously leave food in our common area in each building for those who might need it and this is where the resident left their groceries for a period of time. Those groceries had been sifted through, however, we truly feel whoever sifted through the groceries thought they were available to someone in need. Management is quick to reply to emails, and they are always friendly! I've lived there for almost 6 months, and my roommate has lived at the Claremont Apartments for over a year. Overall, we have been treated well thus far! I do wish the kitchen were more updated and had more cabinet space, but we make it work. GREAT location to live in as it's so close to everything (grocery, malls, restaurants, CVS, etc).
