Incompetent, lost test results, scheduled me for an ablation and it ended up being for an ultrasound. I sat for over 2 hours waiting for my appointment that was not the correct procedure. Requested a refund for the copay that I made and have now been tossed around on the phone system for over 1/2 hour and my refund has not shown. Will advise to stay away from this company.

I had the worse varicose veins that bulged so badly they could be seen through my leggings. I saw an ad for a free consultation and decided to make an appointment. I arrived to a very lovely office with a pleasant young lady. Every aspect of my initial visit was professional and performed by a knowledgeable and caring staff. Then I met Dr. He Dingchao. What a wonderful doctor. He took the time to explain all of my options and made his recommendations. I decided to have him do my vein procedures. It took a while to complete all my procedures I had such horrible varicose veins. My insurance covered the main ones. What is left now is purely cosmetic. After the first procedure, the worst vein was no longer bulging through my leggings. It has been several months now and except for some bruising that is slowing going away, my legs look remarkably better. During the procedure, Dr. He Dingchao plays your favorite music so that you can relax. Then he had his team go to work. He explains what he is doing and the next thing you know you are done. I was so pleased with Dr. He Dingchao and his staff that I told another friend who is getting a lot or work done too. Dr. He Dingchao is a surgeon with years of experience dealing with veins. So he is a master and a teacher of these vein procedures. Truly a master and one that I will return to for my cosmetic vein work. Thank you to Dr. He Dingchao and his staff. BTW, USA Vein Clinics's office manager is pretty amazing too What a great team of people.
