Sloppy interior workmanship throughout entire 28x56 manufactured home.Vinyl siding creaks from expansion during morning sunshine arrival,faulty appliance installations ,Sewer odors from kitchen sink drains,Sheetrock screws popping out on walls,Ceilings have sunken areas, ceiling sheetrock wavy, showing unmatched areas.Poor quality cabinet construction,cabinet finish is rough with non sanded edges,misaligned cabinet doors,loose cabinet screws,Cracked Formica countertops,poorly finished overall,Bathroom cabinet panels crooked,Toilet flush levers loose,flopping,never tightened,Scratched stainless kitchen sink,Scratched glass in kitchen corner cabinet.Doors will not remain partially open,they swing to closed position.Blinds are too large for window openings,One was found split from being installed with force.Grading of lot was terrible,many rain water swamp areas.Many other errors found during the first month of occupying.Appears entire home was thrown together with rejected components.Would not recommend Pine Grove or Salem,NH Gidley franchise.Once they get your money they avoid you!

You have to get what is called a chattel loan.
I am not sure ,I am only a laborer but if you call the plant and ask for a sales representative I am sure they could tell you anything that you need to know.
Yes. Standard storm door for house is same.
Our homes are only sold at independent dealers. They would set the price, which would determine your terms and payment. Being on the building end, I would not be able to give u an accurate answer. You would need to see your local dealer to get that information.
