We offer a huge variety of premium finishes which allow you to design the inside of your new condo to your unique taste. However, because we are required to provide what is outlined in the Somers Crossing Offering Plan, so we cannot accommodate custom requests.

The HOA Fees are $380/m and cover all exterior maintenance including landscaping, snow plowing, snow shoveling, garbage removal, and any additional exterior upkeep.

Because we use Geothermal HVAC, spray-foam and seam-sealed insulated house wrap as standard, heating and cooling costs are incredibly low. The average electricity cost, (inc. heating and cooling) is $80/month.

They range from $10,000 - $12,000 per year depending on which unit is selected.

Yes, we have the ability to use plans from another architect, but to get the best experience, we suggest using our in-house architect to help design your house exactly the way you want.
