We offer a huge variety of premium finishes which allow you to design the inside of your new condo to your unique taste. However, because we are required to provide what is outlined in the Somers Crossing Offering Plan, so we cannot accommodate custom requests.

What are the HOA fees at Somers Crossing and what does it cover?

The HOA Fees are $380/m and cover all exterior maintenance including landscaping, snow plowing, snow shoveling, garbage removal, and any additional exterior upkeep.
