Staff was miserable. The check-in machine is covered in signs telling you not to scan ID, which was frustrating since the screen asks for it. It's like solving a rubik's cube. The lady for check-in couldn't give a care in the world, mumbling the entire time and was very rude. The nice lady that drew blood was fantastic, and I was in and out in 15 minutes, thankfully.

I was in and out in like 10 minutes. Had an appointment to get some routine labs done and couldn't be happier with the experience. I'm usually a bit nervous around needles but they were friendly, efficient, and painless when drawing my blood. Would definitely choose this location again if I needed to (they even have a parking garage nearby for your convenience!)
