Went there with a pre-employment drug screen requisition. Prior to arriving, I checked their website, which lists their hours as 7am-5pm. Upon arriving, I was told that drug screenings only occur between 10am-3pm. I told them my requisition was time sensitive and I couldn't make this limited appointment window, what could I do? They offered no options. Ridiculous that they don't list these testing hours anywhere easy to find except on the door to their building.

I was pretty nervous going in reading all of the reviews, however, I had a pleasant experience. I had an appointment and was seen on time. The staff was helpful, but special kudos to the phlebotomist- I really appreciate her friendly demeanor.
