On 11422 I went to the America's best on Taylor Avenue where i worked with the general manager her name is Jasmine Jones. Earlier in the day I had gone to the America's best embellier where I had a horrible experience the storm bell air had overcharged me for my visit that day and when I tried to get it resolved there I got no help from the people that worked at the storm bell air. Bread I went to visit miss Jones at the store on Taylor Avenue and I don't know was she a consummate professional she helped me get the issue resolved quickly and and she was fantastic to work with. I would totally recommend the store on Taylor Avenue 100% and I plan to go there for all my future needs.. This of course considering I live right around the corner from the Bel-Air store but I will never go back there again I just want to say thanks to miss Jones for all her help and the professionalism in which she displayed today today.

I took my auntie to the America’s Best in Towson and I thought it was gonna be a headache cuz we’ve been to other spots but this is the best one! Their associate, Kia B. was above and beyond helpful and so pleasant to deal with! We definitely will be coming back to this location!
