Very unprofessional staff. First off, they are rude when you greet them. So if you wish to sell them your games/console/etc… The pre-requisite is for you to set an appointment over the phone;YET NO ONE ANSWERS IT. Beware of the younger white guy…he’s got a punk-rocker feminine fashion and likes nail polish 💅. But he is super mis-leading and dishonest/disrespectful. My overall experience was borderline racist. Then he smiled at the end of the transaction, as if to be humorous or funny. The only pleasure he took was ending the transaction. Customer service is horrible. Stay away from this location if you are a minority and value your dignity. This guy (and the balding older white gentleman ) work together as a team in rudeness. Let the buyer beware.

I am pretty sure the retail price of PS4 is competitive.
