Friendly staff, nicely organized place full of Alexandria History.

Staff are helpful and conscientious. Has good book sales. Clean bathrooms. Pleasant experience. We called ahead about a special collection. Staff was very informative and he pulled the book for us ahead of our visit. It made our visit very smooth and effective. Could use some handicapped parking spaces than just one spot with 2 hours limit. The parking garage is a bit far for a handicapped person.

Talkative, rude librarians who harass patrons at will.

I went for the first time, but certainly not my last time, recently and I was very pleased. It's small, but clean and welcoming. The library staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and made some great book recommendations. I look forward to visiting regularly

It also may be possible that a particular Library branch is currently not taking donations. Materials damaged by bugs, mold or smoke, or materials left outside the building will be recycled or thrown away. Patrons wishing to donate 10 or more boxes must first call the library branch to make special arrangements. Due to desk s
