UPDATE: I did receive an opening in January but I didn’t unfortunately have the down payment I’ve looked at one and it is mirrored cute apartment hoping to receive something soon or else I’d have to take my money and find something elsewhere the wait is a killer

One months rent for the deposit if I remember correctly. The electric and water are separate from the rent. Cable you pay yourself too. Cats you pay a non refundable $300.00 deposit and dogs are $400.00 non refundable. That goes for each pet you have. Rent goes by your income. Hope this helps. Been here for 6 years and love it. Very peaceful and big 2 bedroom 2 full bathrooms.

well im sorry that your had that experience, I know there was a 6 to 8 month waiting list with the old manager and even my fiancee and I had to wait almost a year to get in here, the old managers wasnt filing the applications the right way anymore and that made it harder for people to get in here, this place now is under new management maybe you should and ask them.
