This apartment community has done a 360* now that it's under new ownership. Love the staff the complex manager is awesome and treats everyone with the upmost respect with an open door policy. Maintenance is great they get your issues fixed quickly. The whole place got a facelift with new roofs, paint on exterior. Kitchen, bathrooms and floors have been remodeled. Going on 4Yrs. ago I would have never recommended this complex. Now I Proudly recommend this as a home even if it's just a stepping stone. We even have a security company that watches over the so that you may sleep peacefully at night. I read some disturbing reviews about bedbug issues. I can say personally that we have never had any issues with such things. And it is my personal opinion that any such problems left with the previous owners. We have an excellent pesticide company with regular treatments as well as when you feel like you might need an extra treatment. And for my favorite on site amenity. A wonderful pool and area to relax. All in all a great place to live close to everything and safe for the KIDS!!!

I waited 6 weeks to get into a unit that I had not seen until after I signed my lease, it is when I got my keys upon move in date, let alone not hesitant to disclose bed bug problem, at which I had no problem with them in my unit whatsoever, however most importantly didn't disclose partial sinkhole damage and repairs, floors uneven, doorways all had to be reset, not to mention that constant plumbing issues such as at least one-2 x's per month raw sewage backing up into my bathtub, and having only 1 bathroom a couple times had no use of my toilet because of maintenance issues and without mentioning names, maintenance "this has been an ongoing issue for quite awhile now so we will be back", paper thin walls to where you can hear neighbors conversations. Office personnel were accommodating once when I had no toilet to use for 7 hrs, with one personnel stating"we don't have a public bathroom", REALLY. Rent was affordable with my income, I exited my lease early because of on going issues with plumbing, unsafe conditions as to chronic illegal activities from drugs to fighting. If needed to rent affordable housing this is the place. Keep to yourself and by all means never call office with issues on Wagontrail units, cause it takes hours and on going plumbing with sewage backing up into your tub that is already stained from previous tenants and lack of water and power is what I was told is why my unit bathroom and oven weren't cleaned before move in. With that said if you are looking for affordable housing this would be the place as it was merely a stepping stone for myself and family.

I don't think people are talking about the landlord/manager there now. She is very polite will explain anything and if you call or stop in for a repair request and trust me I have, (the buildings are older, just painted too! ) they are almost always there within a hour or two! Really. Yeah there are the people who make living there sound bad but it is a place to live, shower, eat sleep and go to work. If you can afford a yard and beautiful landscaping you wouldn't be renting a inexpensive apartment. Shame some ruin it for others.

When we lived there we had them but caught it early and they had pest control take care of it and they did. Me being disabled didn't have to pay for it. By law if disabled or have children they can't charge you but we still had to throw away a few thousand dollars worth of furniture. The trick is to prevent them by using 91% rubbing alcohol and don't have visitors from any other apartment there and yes they need to tent entire building to erradicate the bugs. As far as slumlord , Ive seen and lived in worse
My apartment does not have bed bugs. Nor do my neighbors.
Hi honey do you know how much they going for now for a one bedroom
Bed bugs...Personally not an outbreak or infestation but definitely more than it should be in my own personal apartment. Hopefully it helps?!
Yes to all of that but don't bother. I live there now and there is bugs and all sorts of problems. And when you try to schedule an exterminator, he either is late or doesn't come at all like he is supposed to. Almost like the landladys don't bother to help clean the buildings they are supposed to maintain.
They are not breed restricted...we are very pet friendly here
