They are so unorganized, rude, unhelpful, and when it comes to trying to get your records they are just like well we can’t do anything. So what’s the point in going to this place if you can’t even get your records! I highly do not recommend them, plus there are so many other options! Choose elsewhere!!!

Unbelievably rude and disrespectful employees. The first guy condescendingly asked as I walked in, "did you read the sign?" I glanced at it but missed some of the dictatorial instructions (including their demands that you wash your hands and wear a mask before entering) but I assumed they'd be polite enough to bring me up to speed like civilized human beings. I was very wrong. If the instructions on your sign are so important, how about you just tell people those instructions, or have them sent to testers electronically before they arrive? Being disrespectful and condescending are hardly the best solutions to this. Not to mention you get wanded like you could possibly be carrying a weapon. Then they shout instructions at you, like "PUT YOUR KEY IN THE GREY BIN", and get visibly and audibly agitated if you don't hear them the first time, which is particularly hard because they're wearing masks. These employees act like they're customs agents at a high security point of entry across an international border or something. You guys are pathetic and you need to realize you work at a worthless testing center, of which there are hundreds of other options for test takers. I literally got up and left not even 10 minutes into my test because of them and will never return. Avoid this place like the plague.

Despite the reviews I choosed this place because it is really close to my home. I only can say good things about this place and my experience. The stuff was efficient and the lady at front desk was really patient and helpful to me. I forgot something I did not know I had to bring and she helped me to find it. Also the place is quiet and organized. Thank you so much. I recommend this place.
