I’d been trying to solve a tech issue with my service since 10am. Whatever the tech did at phone support completely cut off my phone. So Finally, at 4pm I walked into this Verizon store. Anthony here at this location helped me to contact Verizon (I had no phone at this point) and facilitated the troubleshooting with tech support. Finally, after 6.5 hours the problem was solved. I appreciates Anthony’s help.

I had an issue with the amount of credit that was due for turning in a phone. I was working with Jacob the manager. He was very rude and condescending. He made a simple fix extremely complicated. Would not respond to emails or calls. At one point he told me to come into the store and gave me his work hours. I went during the time he indicated. He was not there. The customer service rep William assured me that it will be resolved the next morning. When I called back because it was not resolved. Jacob told me to come back into the store if I wanted the amount due to me credited to my account. What?! I told him that this was an inconvenience and I had just been there the day before. His response was “it’s not my fault I had to leave work early”. My issue remains unresolved.

Recently went to this store to get a new SIM card for my phone that stopped working. Anthony was incredibly helpful and was able to get some issues fixed despite corporate being unable to connect to my phone. Thanks again and I'll be sure to swing by for my next device!
