They were our go to place for their mix of fish & chicken even after they closed the store in Pekin, but as the pandemic got worse so did their service,the last 4 times we have gotten their food we never got what we ordered, along with the fact that the food taste old& ugly we have decided to go elsewhere

The cashier was rude and didn't listen. The quality of food has definitely gone down. For $32 worth of food for 2 people it wasn't worth the money at all.

Let’s start by saying I am generally disappointed when we go to food places but this Long John Silver’s was on point!! Drive thru lady was very friendly! The food was fresh and made to order!! Everything we ask for was in the bag and the order was correct! Thanks for a pleasant experience!!

Every time I go and get food to go, there is something wrong with the order. EVERY TIME. It is 24 miles round trip for me to get food for home. I do not do this much and am tired of calling to complain. This time not only did they have a missing side, the food was covered it burnt particles. I know if I call, they always give some kind of free item, but if I want it, I have to make a trip again, and spend more money to make it worth the trip. I just want my order right the first time. I rarely eat out because I can cook way better food at home. Now add the cost of gas, added food and it is just better if I just go elsewhere........
