Our server today was wonderful & attentive. I was in with my 7yo nephew & he asked a couple times for a soda refill. The server made sure to ask me if it was ok, even if it was just with a look so my nephew didn’t know. It made him very excited. The only reason I can’t give a 5 stars is the hard floor is always slippery. Not just this location, but all of them.

So bad, you just have to laugh. This was carry out, to be fair! One of the wing orders was wrong, I think we got someone else's order. Chicken burned to a crisp. Fries were cold and stale! None of the order was good. We'll try again actually eating inside. :P

Literally just got the worst service of my life. I'm a server, I get it, things happen. But sat at 8pm, waited 20 minutes before I had to flag down someone to be greeted, finally got a server, took our order, had to get my own napkins bc server didn't check on us at all and waited....45 minutes for cheesecurds and got them because I flagged down another different server then got them two minutes later...waited..watched 3 other tables be seated after us and get their food and one table completely flip before those curds even came out...and then had to flag down our own server finally to see where our sthrn chkn sandwiches were...manger came out said the kitchen messed up our sandwiches 3 times?!? How does two of the exact same, no special request sandwiches get messed up THREE times before they even hit the table? Idk. Got our sandwiches at almost 9:30...then still no service so I had to find my own box, bill was comped, except for one beer which I didn't even wanna pay for that because I feel like I should've earned at least that for waiting on myself so much. The server didn't seem like he cared at all. I know Bdubs isn't great but it should be held to some kind of standard..like this isn't steaknshake? food tasted great though. :)

Great place to eat with friends or family but it is a bit on the loud side. I thought the meals & wings were a bit pricy when making it a combo, we spent $66 just with 4 people. Better deals when ordering online & picking up.
