I would give this place zero stars if I could. As soon as we walk in the hostess was very rude unprofessional. Proceeds to tell us 5 of us can’t fit in a booth…. After realizing he was wrong he then corrects himself and says he will put us in a booth. He then says there’s a 15 min wait ok no biggie, his friends or a servers friend walk in and get seated immediately before everyone else standing there waiting. Chris the manager came out of the back looking dirty, unshaved and If I had to guess high on drugs. He was unbothered by the entire situation. This Chili’s location needs corporate or someone else to step in. If you need a great place to eat go next door to Texas Roadhouse!!!!

It took 30 minutes to even get a waitress to come to us my steak was not done right. The food was bad. I ate it because I don’t waste food. We paid our meal and went to the bathroom. On the way out we where asked if we paid. Like we where going to go without paying our bill. We where treat horrible. I will never go back to there again. The tables before is that where seated before is got waited on shortly after they got there and they got their 15 minutes after we did. My daughter and granddaughters are mixed and I am white. I feel they didn’t give us good wait staff because we where a mixed family.

My experience at this place was horrible! I was in town for a funeral. After making it into town from driving 8 hours and checking into the hotel my family and I decided to go to chili’s! The server Jackie was very unprofessional. She passed us four times saying she would be right back to take our drink order. She personally sat a family down and serviced them before us and we waiting approximately 13 mins before Jackie decided to come take our drink order. While taking our drinking order she cut us off to go back to the table she was more concern with( the ppl she personally took to their table).fast forward…. When we got our food my salad was hot, my family’s food was cold as ice and they got fajitas! Even one of my family member’s rice was burnt. We spend $145 on our food for very poor service! Never again!!!! And Jackie should be fired…. Very poor customer service and not professional at all

Very friendly staff. Our waiter Jonathan was very friendly and johnny on the spot to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted. Definitely be going back. Not to mention the food was delicious and their margarita's are to die for. They were so good I had 3. Lol Blackberry, tropical sunrise, jackberry. Yum yum and my boyfriend loved their strawberry lemonade
