This is her husband John, and Mary would echo my comments. Been going to these guys for 10 years. Husqvarna chain saw and 46" lawn tractor and tool sharpening. They are terrific. even during Covid and trouble finding people to work, they got work done. They kept us aware of delays and estimated time to repair - and usually beat estimates. Once I had to return a chainsaw for repair that had recently been in for sharpening. I created the problem - and told them the quick return was my fault. They fixed it for free. The gents doing check in are polite and patient. I have personally observed them professionally handling more than one difficult customer. Chris is a pro.

Purchased a Toro Super Recycler 60v mower that was recommended. It is the worst lawnmower I have owned and I have owned mowers for over 50 years. No power, too light, battery life not as long as advertised. The lighter weight may seem like a good thing at first but it is so light that it bounces off the ground when going over bumps or small roots. I used this less than 15 minutes and called to ask about an exchange. Was told store policy does not allow returns or exchanges. It is considered a used mower. I’m stuck with a $900 poor quality mower that does a subpar job and takes me longer to cut my yard. It takes longer because you cannot walk to fast or the cut is even worse. Do not buy if you are used to a gas mower.

A great place with amazing staff. I’ve always been impressed each time I visit. At time I’ll purchase a new toy and pray that my wife doesn’t get mad. Lol, all jokes aside, I’ll gladly return

You have to leave your equipment for 2 weeks before it can be fixed no matter if it is a spark plug or installing a new trimmer head ....smh
