Visited this location for the first time today! Wanted to dedicate this review specifically to the store sales associate named Suri- she is the most attentive and kind human being, with such a high level of patience. I struggled with a coat purchase, requesting many different sizes and changing my mind constantly. Suri went above and beyond and outside of being an excellent staff member at this store, she’s an exquisite and warm presence as a human being. Enjoyed her company while shopping a lot. Thank you Suri! P.S. I see a lot of reviews talking about how much people get followed around the store by employees - personally as someone who’s worked in retail, this is usually pushed by management onto employees. Management, take note and stop pushing employees to bother shoppers more than they need to.

More a staff review vs. store: I was lucky to have Bloomie's employee, Mario Rojas, answer my call today. Bloomingdale's team - Mario deserves a raise. He is the only reason I'll continue to be a loyal customer, and solved my problem with empathy and professionalism. Thank you for the 5 star service.

The store is nice enough, but the item I wanted to purchase was about ~$40 cheaper at the regular bloomingdales. That combined with the salespeople who clearly thought I wasn't 'rich enough' to be there makes me realize i will not be coming here again.
