We were the from 8 until nearly 10 and the same menu was handed to the tables around us.I don't know if the menu changed closer to closing.

They adhere to the practices. Feel very safe eating here. They space their tables far apart from other parties of people. Highly recommend this place. Great atmosphere and very friendly and courteous staff. Food is excellent, especially their ribs.
