Very bad service. 1) They did not pick used oil, i followed the instructions on their website. 2) All the toters seem knock down in my street.

It’s fine. Reliable pickups, but I don’t see why yard waste and recycling alternate weeks. Also, this (Winters, CA) is not the only place I’ve dealt with WM, but nowhere else has been so strict regarding closing lids. I did not even realize my kid was open an inch- which can happen just by the can flexing and bending, not only overfilling- and I received a warning! Like I’m some sort of criminal. Every day after a pickup there’s more trash on the ground than the rest of the week, at least until the wind blows it away, and my can being lifted an inch- the contents not even visible- is worth a fine??

Plain and simple no accountability. This is the third week that no one has bothered to pickup the green waist. It took two weeks to replace a broken bin and did not take the broken one because it was full of waist from the last three weeks. The comedy of errors. Get it together!
