Simple traffic violation... Easy tompay, fast and friendly clerk's. They make it a pleasant experience. As for jury duty, very efficient and well organized. Not sure what changed between the old place and the newer one, but it's a huge difference in atmosphere.

Staff is courteous unfortunately Yolo county and the court system here for families is backwards and not progressive compared to other counties and states. The court/judges of family cases fails to read parents concerns and pleas. It is dismissive towards mothers. There is no real advocacy for the “best interest of children” its unfortunate and a waste of time and money when you become involved with yolo county and the court. Unfit parents will still get visitation and custody and the kids will be the ones to suffer long term from the mediators/judge decision. Get out of Yolo if you can.

Had jury duty and was amazed at how well run this place is. Each staff member was courteous, upbeat, and helpful which makes all the difference for anyone who has stressful court business.

If you need to check if you have court, you can call the court, go in to the counter, or check online. The online system is available 24/7 and the phone lines and counter are available 8am-4pm. Hope this helps!
It depends on the type of case and hearing, you'll have to contact the clerks office to find out for sure.
Make sure u hit mute so they don't hear u.when ur name comes up swipe right to in mute
Yes, there are two exterior windows open for paperwork
Call and let them know you have a warrant and that you want to turn yourself in they might do a cite n release
They only let you reschedule one time , you just have to call the court house they will give you number to call.
Ask your lawyer! Always check with him not google.
You would need to check online or in person.
DUI cases are handled by the Criminal Division.
Not necessarily, but judges and their clerks can be intuitively discriminatory against pro per litigants.
Trial Setting Conference.
Like the previous person said, there are outside service windows for payments open 8am-4pm and if I recall correctly from 12-2, there's just only one window open at a time. Edit: the service windows close at noon for lunch but reopen at 1.
The court's website has a link to the judicial council forms where you can find an information sheet on the process. Go to yolo.courts.ca.gov, mouse over Forms and Filing, and select Judicial Council Forms from the drop down.
There is a link on the court's website to some common forms as well as a link to the judicial council forms which includes many other forms. You might also check out the self help link on the website. There are some filings on that page that you can click on and get to a site that functions a lot like turbo tax to walk you through the forms. I'm not sure if modification of child visitation is one of the forms you'll find in the self help area but these would be good places to start!
You might be okay but it's probably best to arrive a little early so you can just drop them off back at your car if security says no.
Call them and they can search by your name.
Service animals are welcome.
Go to the courthouse
Go to the public service counter
1st floor right side.
Call down or walk in and talk to the service desk. Ask about your fees. They'll ask for your case number.
