Finally got someone to answer the phone. I was spoken to as if I was supposed to understand their report process. Front desk woman working on 10/13/22 is very rude.

Absolutely horrible experience. So short staffed and blamed a victim, no assistance provided just judgment. So disappointed in my experience. If I could give 0 stars I would…..

I came to make a police report and the front desk was closed. Called the number listed and waited and waited and waited. No one responded. On a more positive note, the customer service representative for the non-emergency line was very pleasant.

I've called the Precinct over 2 hours ago and still not have a received a phone call back. I understand it can be busy but they can hire more people to handle the calls that are coming in. Now I'm forced top call 911 for my issue

Yes, call the non-emergency number and ask for an officer to meet you to assist you in getting your property back.

I also been calling here since 12/2018,And no one answer the phone and no one calls back, this is why people don't trust the police

You will need to call during normal business hours to get an answer from the front desk at the precinct. What do you need? maybe I can help! And make sure the number you are calling is 803-646-8093
