Today I called the store to ask if I could speak to someone about the hair care products they carry which I was looking for. She says hold on I’ll get someone to help you. She then gets on the phone to tell me sorry we have no hair stuff here. Now I’ve been in that store dozens and dozens of times, I know they do. They have a very small section of hair appliances and accessories. I replied back with a thanks and hung up, went to the store a half hour later and there was the row of hair products and I found exactly what I needed. No thanks to the store employee who could care less to help.
