The staff was not helpful at all. When we arrived the kids were excited to see the pool that was advertised and we asked to see it. The front desk employee (after making me stand there for several minutes while she looked at a screen) told me that the pool was closed. We were crushed and asked if it would be open the next day. She then explained that it was permanently closed. That was a big deal and honestly if we had known that, we wouldn’t have booked there. I then asked if there was a public pool nearby and was told no. (Later, Google told me yes and we spent two afternoons at a wonderful indoor/outdoor pool that was only blocks away and cost less than $10/day.) The employee at the hotel was clueless when I asked about pools, lakes, water activities in the area. She didn’t care. Didn’t try. We stayed here for three days and after my initial encounter with the staff, the only other interactions I had with them was saying “excuse me” as I squeezed pass the mass of them and their drunk creepy old man friend that stood around the main entrance chain smoking day and night. My asthmatic son had to hold his breath to get to our car. The TV didn’t work. The wifi sucked. The housekeeping was nonexistent. The public washer/dryer was broken. The elevator sounded like it was dying. The key cards didn’t work. I am giving it one star simply because our room had a cool window seat that my son loved and he insisted that deserves a star. We won’t be back.

Rooms nice clean. But some areas need some updates or fixing elevator floor needs redone and pool not clean looks to be broken would have been nice to play in pool since it was hot out side.

For a quick stay, is a nice place to go. Make sure to book the rooms before you get to the place because, you will have to wait for a some time untill a room is clean. As far as service I will give a 5 out of 10 not everyone is as patient and understending. Sometimes you need to listen to the customer's needs and be understanding. The location is great and easy to find.

I was notified today that if this hotel hears another complaint from me I will be put on do not rent to me according to the 3rd shift staff member named Rhonda so im hoping the owners or upper management will contact me on this. I'm a government official an would love to speak to them .thank you and I wasnt aware that our opinions were causing non rentals instead of fixing the staff issues.
