Excellent staff, very knowledgeable on the menu items and efficient in their work. Great seating arrangements in the auditoriums, and their food selection is vast comapared to a lot of other theatres. Best by far in the area.

They have had to shut their doors due to a water main breakage(9/8/2020) in the building. Check Facebook page and website for updates.
Yes all the workers are very nice. If you have trouble getting tickets at the computer they help you very quickly.

Hi! I went to a 11:15 morning showing in the summer, and the doors were open when we arrived at 11 am. If you have tickets for a morning showing, they will be open for you to check before the movie starts.

These theaters are awesome! Big, roomy, comfy seats. Yes purse & nice temp + seat warmers
It is all reserved seating with extra spacing for COVID. Depending on the movie they might be able to change your seats. Check to see if there are plenty of open seats. I don't recall but I imagine the website claims they don't give refunds, but ya never know.
You may have to go in person to get a answer. Most places won't due to length of time.
You'll need to visit the theatre, they have been very accommodating in my experiences with them.
Prices are reasonable for a theater. The beer is charged by ounce based on your selection. The movie tickets were pretty cheap and the popcorn and soda had free refills, which were great!
Due to the new social distancing measures taken, when I was there, there were only 2 other groups of people. "Packed" isnt a reality for now
