Recently purchased new home here. Management staff made it a simple and frankly an enjoyable process. Great people work with. Community is quiet and clean. I have nothing bad to report. If you are looking for a place in kittery I would highly recommend checking it out.

Yes, they have units for sale and the community is year round owner occupied.
I know that you have to get a special loan for mobile homes, it's not a traditional home loan and the interest rates are higher. I would talk with the loan department at your bank about it. Sorry, I wish I could help more. You can also call the office and talk with one of the managers.
What are the park fees ?
Diane, I would suggest calling the office m-f 9-5 and talking with the park manager or office manager they would be able to answer your question. We don't have any animals but it is a pet friendly park as long as your dogs are on leashes.
