I always make an effort to stop here and I would say at least 50% of the time I find something that is a great value. Staff is friendly and obviously because it’s an outlet what’s available turns over fairy frequently.

We were promptly greeted when entering the store. Contents of store seemed fine with the usual eclectic mix of goods in discount section. We were asked by staff if we needed assistance and we checked out by a lovely lady. Great experience and will shop again there.

The outlet is not like a conventional retail Crate & Barrel location; they don't "stock" their location with the general selection of merchandise you'd expect in a regular C&B store. Instead, a lot of merchandise that didn't move in other locations, or is in other-than-prime condition, or overstock, and previous season stuff. Go in with the mindset of perusing, and if you're savvy, and have a keen eye, and don't mind sifting through stuff, some really great deals are to be found and had. For me, the staff here was exceptionally friendly and helpful, accommodating my onerous request to take a very large bookcase down from display so I could view it on the floor, and in particular two very lovely members, Molly and Ella, helped round of a fun "treasure hunt"-like experience.
