I don’t like to give bad reviews, but I will definitely never stay here again. The whole place was dirty. The elevators were sticky and had food on the floor for over 24 hours. My sheets had stains on them, the bathtub was rusty and stained, and the bathroom floor was gross. Breakfast was okay. No one at the front desk was friendly or welcoming.

The service was good but the room smelled stale and the room was not clean. There was a peanut butter container on the side of the desk. The bathtub was dirty, and something on the wall in the bathroom. Glade I bring my own cleaning supplies.

The first room we went to upon check in was disgusting. The hallways were filled with mud and dirt. The lampshade in the room was knocked over, and the beds were not made. The countertops had left over sticky residue that was never even attempted to be wiped up. The bathroom had wet towels in the tub and urine in the toilet. Another room was provided with no mention of a discount or refund. The manager apologized for the mess and stated they had a lack of staff. The second room was somewhat bearable. While this was just a good one night quick stay while traveling (and all other hotels were booked in town), we tried to soldier on with the second room. The bathroom still had a stained tub and the room smelled of a mildew odor. While my mother was reading a book she noticed a bug crawling around her on the sheets. THIS ROOM HAD BED BUGS. We quickly packed all belongings, were refunded by the front desk and were told that “they would call pest control.” We quite literally RAN out of the hotel. WORST hotel experience ever. 0 stars. This place should be torn down.

We had a studio suite and the room was clean, very nice and spacious. Comfortable bed and our grandson was comfortable on the pullout sofa. Housekeeping was very helpful getting extra towels and the sheets for the pullout. I think they must be renovating rooms because there was drywall dust residue on the walls and furniture. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful but often seemed to be the only ones there so just had to be patient while they accomplished other tasks and then could help us. The lobby was nice and had several options for breakfast. The pool is also clean and inside so we could use it even though it was cooler out. Did not notice any of the issues others mentioned in their reviews. Would stay here again.
