Not happy. Overcharge and POOR cleaning of my Asian wool rug. Still not cleaned 8x10 cost $1220.00. Look up how much average cleaning of a rug is in NY. This guy does not get it done. Be careful with them they tell you one thing and do another. He told me it would take 2 weeks. PU on Monday and called on Wed said it was 60% better. I would need another $450.00 for color restoration. The guy who picked up said they would spot clean and advise on Friday. I called to verify after PU next day. They never called they cleaned rug and left with some of the spots still showing. It is still not done $1220.00. All a waste of money and overcharge. Stay away

Great question, spot cleaning takes care of a specific part of the carpet,rug or/and upholstery. The full cleaning includes a deep cleaning of the item. Depending on the overall conditions and what you want, getting rid of the stain can require and full cleaning. Thank you Stephen.
