Great question, If you are DIY cleaning make sure the products you use don't have bleach or any harsh chemicals in the ingredients. We use all organic, chemical free products. We have several different products depending on the rugs material itself. Thank you Jessica.
Great question William. The difference is that a restoration is amid to get the rug back to is original state. A repair is to fix the rug depending on the damage. We use several techniques to do it ranges from reweaving, fringing, color restoration, cutting and binding. Thank you for your question.
