He did an excellent job, he was able to get spots out and even made the high traffic area look great. Overall a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

They were fantastic, accommodating, and quick. They left the carpets looking sparkling clean and I will definitely use them again in the future!

Rug Cleaning Manhattan was there for me after another Manhattan rug cleaning company backed out at the last minute. Turns out, going with Rug Cleaning Manhattan turned out to be a great decision. I love when something good comes from something bad. Now, this company is my go-to wool rug cleaning company, and they clean all my wool rugs on a bimonthly basis. Haven't had one problem with them, and I'm sure there won’t be any on the horizon.

Questions & Answers

How does one clean a grimy rug by hand?

Great question, Dora. If you have a stain blot don't scrub. You can use a hand vacuum or gently brush the rug. If all fails or its too dirty call a professional. We are here 24/7 for any emergency. thank you

I need to clean up water damage. What do I do?

Tony Cameron | Oct 31, 2021

Very important question, Call a professional on the spot, as soon as you view water damage. We are available 24/7 in New York, NYC, New Jersey or Connecticut. Our recommendations are to not vacuum wet floors or carpets. Standard vacuums won't extract the water and you risk electrifying yourself too. Before you enter the room, make sure to shut off all of the electricity. Thank you.
