Great question, Dora. If you have a stain blot don't scrub. You can use a hand vacuum or gently brush the rug. If all fails or its too dirty call a professional. We are here 24/7 for any emergency. thank you

Our recommendations are to not vacuum wet floors or carpets. Standard vacuums won't extract the water and you risk electrifying yourself too.
