The UPS Store

I came in this eveving to have a document notarized. It was 6:45pm. The store closes at 7:00pm. I asked the associate if they offer notary services. He said they normally do, but not right now. I asked when the notary would be in, and he told me tomorrow after 11:00am. As I started to leave, I stopped to confirm that there was no one in the store who could notarize my document. The associate said that they had someone there who could, but it was very close to closing, there were only two people there, and they were swamped so I couldn't get my document notarized. I checked my clock, and it was 6:45pm. I needed a one-page document notarized. I'm not sure that would have taken long. Also, I was the only customer in the store. So, I'm not sure how swamped they were. But it seems like the guy didn't want to help me. Needless to say, I won't be back. I'm leaving this review because I, too, am swamped want other people who work late not to waste their time at this establishment.

The UPS store in Lorton VA is one of the best UPS stores I have been to. The owner Kiran & his son Sonny have a “Ritz Carlton” approach when dealing with their customers . They go out of the way for their clients and staff is what makes this store so SPECIAL!! I heard one customer say she drove 40 minutes to come to the Lorton UPS store because of the exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this store !
