Trash Away

I am not sure why reviews are so low here. The employees of this company are truly amazing. They are ALWAYS kind and courteous, say good morning as they are running past hustling to do their job, wave hello from the truck, halt their operations when I come running out in the morning and meet me to take my trash, they pick up the trash scattered by animals, I can go on and on. Imagine working in sweltering heat, blistering cold, or nasty rain and still being courteous and smiling. Consider they worked straight through Covid and the crazy times we are with the “Great Resignation”. My wife and I are truly impressed by these women and men, so impressed that I took the time at 630 in the morning to write this.

Terrible trash service, they often leave your trash outside on the curb and are inconsistent . The least they could do is just leave the trash in the bin if you don’t want to take it away for their arbitrary reasons, but they like to throw it everywhere on the curb just to rub it in. The slips they leave for their “reason” are often invalid (i.e. they marked the “recycling not accepted”, even though it was clearly trash, bagged properly). I’ve also observed them leave bins on the street multiple times without even putting them out of the way. 0/5

Great company; awesome workers. My garbage can was destroyed accidentally Gustavo worked to replace with a higher quality can. Thank you!

Worse company worst experience! They are irresponsible, unreliable, always seeking ways to blame others on their mistakes. Very disappointed. Do not use them!
