disappointing service. Management is not solution oriented(they just hope you go away). They are not listening to help you resolve your issue. Have had a mailbox there for 2+ years. Without notice, on an account that is automatic billing they said I was three months behind and closed it. Spent 2 hours trying to find a solution to be told I would have to open a new box. I’ve had other issues here before but THIS takes the cake.

Grossly incompetent. Never ever found such incompetence to handle basic mail. 30 years in same zip code, a simple forward mail request has stopped all mail since Jan 3, 2022. Few pieces have ended up in another state I never lived in. But everyone needs a couple more days to find out what happened to my mail By March 7, 2022 they still will not admit or verify where our mail is since Jan 3, 2022. Why ? Who can resolve this mess with Gunston Plaza PO.? Post master - No

This post office is the worst and have employees that will steal your packages.. I ordered somethin and they marked it as delivered but when I checked the box there wasn't anything but mail, an the supervisors there don't wanna help u and if u lose money then you just lost your money because they're not goin to help you get your money or product smh

Either online or mail in paper

My last package was lost by the USPS. Can I have my package left at the postoffice for me to pickup ?

Yes, you can log in online and request a hold.

I moved away suddenly, and haven't had a chance to come there to have the office hold my mail. How can i do it so they dont send my tax papers back?

Go into the office and ask to speak to the post master. I only say to do it this way because your lease which is what they will want is probably outdated. Take your ID. Explain the situation. They should be able to hold mail for 30 days. . perhaps longer should an extra few days be needed. I would take in everything You can find on identity and address, like the Lease regardless of dating, Utility bill or print online one w/ previous & maybe your D.L. has the address you moved from on it. If so TAKE ALL OF IT WITH YOU. After you get w2 set up mail forwarding to your new location. Good luck! Oh also remember, I Dont Think They Like holding anything Govement issued, like I.D's and SScards, Birth cert's, Im almost certain they will have pushback on holding a W2 so my advice is take everything including kitchen sink, be personable with the Post Master & Explain this is for getting W2. If you arnt clear they wont divulge their nonhold policies prior.
