Absolutely horrible service. I placed an order for my wedding bouquet 2 weeks prior to the day and my grandmother placed an order for 3 boutonnieres and 1 corsage. I was told I can pick them up the day prior. I go in around 515pm to get my order the day before. They weren't sure what I ordered and I had to tell them and nothing was ready. I had to stand there for close to 45min while everything was made then. What's the point of placing an order in advance for pickup if you have to wait for them to make it in front of you. As I was voicing my annoyance to my fiance one coworker told another coworker they had a huge order for a funeral this am. I was told they would be ready. Why was my order not made the night prior? The only positive about the shop is they had 3 cute cats running around.

Placed an order a few days and said I needed sat by 3 and she said it’ll b ready anytime after 2. It’s after 5 and still not ready. Very u happy and very bad customer service. Will not purchase again and do not recommend this place.

This place is right near my house and I love it! I'm not a fan of online anything but definitely not flowers! I don't typically do big bouquets, even though their arrangements are always amazing, so at this spot I can go into the walk-in cooler pick what flowers I like and they tell me how much it is. I usually have around $15 to $20 and I get a pretty selection. (Don't quote me but I'd say $2 to $4 a stem depending on the flowers.) The manager Kim is always very friendly and asks if I want a few greens. Depends on my mood. The gift shop area has soooo many cute things that I've never seen before and they also have some really beautiful plants and plant arrangements. I got my favorite puzzle box there. It's a wooden box that slides apart a certain way to get it open! Mine is a bumble bee but I've seen a monkey and a flower as well. I love still going into places to shop and most places now-a-days don't even care about customer service. Come check this place out for your special occasion stuff or if you just like to shop and get some smiles while you're there! It's on the corner of Harford and Joppa. The back parking lot in the big Weis parking lot area is easier getting in and out, just saying. 🌞
