To all concern my service experience here at this location was phenomenal, we were greeted by Mr. Branson Popwell with a warm welcome and from then until the very end of our much needed service Mr. Popwell was not only very knowledgeable and well verse in his field but personable with genuine concern that our needs was met, he went beyond his duty and served us very well, Thank you Branson for all your help it was well received and such a pleasure to have you as our service advisor, you are truly an asset to this association. I also to want to thank Julian at this same location who help me with questions I asked of him even though he was not our initial associate, you are also an major asset to this association.

The rep that helped my mom and I, Branson Popwell, made our experience in transitioning from another phone company to Verizon, an amazing experience. Branson was incredibly patient and helpful. Branson made sure that he thoroughly addressed all of our questions and concerns before we left. Branson also helped my mom adjust some settings on her phone even though we came to the store for my phone.

My phone was"frozen". The touch screen would not work and I could not turn my phone off. Anthony knew exactly what to do. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I also needed a new car charger and accidentally asked for the wrong type and he gladly got the one I needed. He gave me his card in case I needed help again .

Had a great experience at this location. Bre (apologies if spelling is wrong) helped me and my daughter with our phone upgrades and was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had. I had to return the next day since it was getting late and she started working on my upgrade as soon as I walked in the door. I will def be returning for future upgrades and new lines
