I took my car in because it stalled on me a few times over the weekend. Never had any issues with my car prior to this event. Michael and the lady behind the counter (sorry forgot her name) were both very pleasant to work with. The issue could not be reproduced at the shop, so I was only charged a diagnostic fee of around $50. Michael asked me if I had gotten fuel recently, and as a matter of fact, I had gotten fuel a few days ago, and the issues started to occur after I had gotten fuel for my car. Michael mentioned that it could have been bad fuel and advised me to drive my car until the tank becomes half full and to fill it back up with premium gas. The point is that they did not make something up and give me a false estimate. They did not say that I need a new fuel line, new idler, new this and that… and quote me hundreds of dollars! Honesty is not a virtue that can be easily found these days, but I found it at Family Car Care!

Jeff , yes some rotors can be turned. Would need to see your vehicle and check to see if the rotors can be effectively machined. You can stop in or call we can arrange for a visual inspection of your vehicle and recommend the best cost and effective service after your free visual brake inspection. Also we have after hours key drop you can drop off anytime and we will call you after the visual inspection with our best recommendations . Thank you
