Went to this location to load money to a card the same way I do at any other Walgreens or CVS. Told at the cash register they can only do $100 but more in photo.. ok fine. Go to photo and it takes forever for a person to come only to be told they can’t scan the code on the phone which is the card process. When I asked why considering this is the process and it is honored at other locations including this one before, I was told the store manager doesn’t allow it. It doesn’t make sense that the card has specific fee-free locations and different codes for all of them just for them to say that their store in particular just won’t do it. Went to another location and this was done without a problem.

The drive through always has a wait and the pharmacy staff isn't friendly. My normal Walgreens location was out of my meds. So, I didn't have much of a choice but to have my prescription filled here.

One star only because I had to give one! My son was just diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic so it's critical that I keep track of his prescriptions. The staff is very unprofessional. I looked online to check the status of my son's prescriptions. There was a notice to call the pharmacy. I called and they were unclear which insurance to use and needed his insurance card. I called the insurance company and got the number. When I called the pharmacy back I was told "Oh I found it now.. I merged his information"..(After I was on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get it for them.) Went to get his prescriptions and thought we were cool. For years I have monitored and refilled my family's prescriptions online. I got my son's initial prescriptions sent to this pharmacy and they completely took my son from my account. I can't even see his prescriptions that were just filled. There is no insurance information, nothing. I have called to speak with the pharmacists several times and no one seems to care enough to figure out what they did wrong. I even tried speaking with the pharmacist through the 1 800 #. Still no luck. I'm so over Walgreens at this point.
